I’ve actually done Emsculpt sessions at a clinic before, so I had something to compare this with. The muscle contractions feel very similar—strong and deep, not like those cheap EMS belts. The difference is that results here come a bit more gradually, but also feel more controlled. After about 4 weeks, I can clearly feel improved core strength and better definition in my abs.

I’ve tried multiple EMS devices before and most of them just feel like surface vibration. This one is different—you can actually see your muscles contracting involuntarily, similar to what people describe with Emsculpt treatments. I wasn’t expecting fat loss, but more definition—and that’s exactly what I got. After about a month, my abs look tighter, especially when I’m already a bit lean.
