I’ve rated it four stars as there’s a small learning curve to get the hang of it. On my first use, I didn’t realise you have to unlock the serum reservoir with the little key provided. I pressed the button repeatedly, yet no serum came out, and I felt a bit silly afterwards.
After reading the instruction manual properly — which I should’ve done to begin with — it’s been plain sailing. My pores feel tighter, my skin is more firm, and I love being able to use whichever serum I prefer. Save yourself the hassle and spend five minutes reading the guide first.

This device really feels like a clinic-level tool. I was nervous at first but it’s actually very beginner-friendly once you get used to it.

I’m a bit particular about my settings, so the full-color screen is absolutely perfect. I can see my speed, needle depth, serum level and battery life all at a glance — no more guessing games.
The six speed settings give me so much more control than my old pen. I also use it on my neck and chest, and the crepey texture there has gotten noticeably better after a few months. It does take consistent use, but the results are totally real. Worth every penny.

It does work but you need to stay consistent. I didn’t see results until my third session. Now my skin feels firmer.

I’ve had pitted acne scars on my cheeks ever since high school, and I’m 31 now. I’ve tried countless products with no real results. I’ve been using the H6 around 1.5mm on my scarred areas for roughly two months, and I can truly see a difference. The scars aren’t completely gone, but they’ve softened up, and my makeup no longer sinks into them nearly as much. The smart chip keeps serum flowing evenly, so there’s no wasted product at all. This device is delivering results that even pricey clinic treatments couldn’t manage.

I used it mainly for old acne marks and I’ve seen gradual fading. Not instant but definitely improving.

There is slight redness after use but it goes away within a day. Results are worth it.
