Came in a nice box with USB.
Charged it and the light came on. Has multiple settings. I don't know if it works with hair or not but the material is nice, the packaging is nice, looks high quality. So far so good.

I feel like I have more hair after just a few weeks.
Maybe not possible but a very comfortable and nice product.
