Most eyebrows and tattoos can be removed easily, but some very deeply incised, metallic pigments are a bit more difficult to remove and require two or three treatments. A friend said that her machine couldn't completely remove deeper eyebrows, so she wanted to buy another one. I've already recommended this device to her!
