Simple controls, easy to use
I'm not very tech-savvy, but this belt is very easy to use. The remote has clear buttons: one for power/pulse mode, one for brightness, one for time, one for light mode selection (red/infrared/all), and one for vibration. I set it to 20 minutes on full spectrum, brightness P3, vibration on low, and just relax. It's intuitive and doesn't require a manual every time. The belt is comfortable and doesn't slip. A very user-friendly device.
