Finally, relief for my chronic lower back pain
I've suffered from lower back pain for years due to a herniated disc. I've tried heating pads, ice packs, and various pain relievers with limited success. This belt is a game-changer. The combination of 360 LEDs (660nm red and 850nm infrared) with the vibration function is incredible. I use it on my lower back for 20-25 minutes on the highest brightness setting with the 40Hz pulse mode and vibration on medium. The heat is deep and penetrating, and the vibration loosens the tight muscles. After using it daily for two weeks, my pain has significantly reduced.
