Excellent for recovery after ACL surgery
I had ACL reconstruction surgery six months ago, and rehab has been a long road. My physical therapist suggested adding light therapy to my home routine. This wrap has been perfect. I use it on my knee before and after my exercises. The infrared light seems to help with swelling, and the red light helps with tissue healing. My recovery is progressing well, and I credit part of that to consistent use of this device.
