Noticeable firming after consistent use
I've been using these shorts for about 6 weeks, at least 4 times a week. I take progress photos and there is a definite difference in the firmness of my glutes and the tone of my thighs. The skin also looks smoother. I cycle through a few different modes to keep the muscles guessing. They're very easy to use consistently because you can wear them while doing other things. Worth the investment.
