Instructions for Use:
1. After putting on the yoga pants in the correct orientation, attach the main unit to the pants in the correct orientation. Ensure the yoga pants are in close contact with your skin for optimal massage.
2. Power On/Off: Press and hold the power button for 3 seconds to turn on the device. The indicator light will illuminate. Press and hold the button again for 3 seconds to turn off the device. All indicator lights will turn off.
3. Intensity Adjustment: Use the +/- buttons to adjust the EMS intensity. There are 1 to 20 intensity levels. Press + to increase the intensity and - to decrease it. If the magnetic clips on the main unit are not properly attached to the yoga pants, a "beep beep beep" sound will be emitted when pressing the intensity button. Check and reinstall.
4. Mode Switching: Briefly press the M button to select the corresponding mode. There are 1 to 8 modes. A "beep" sound will be emitted when switching modes.
5. Heating Function: Briefly press the heating button to select the heating level, switching from low, medium, high, to off. If the magnetic clips on the yoga pants are not properly attached to the main unit, a "beep beep beep" sound will be emitted when the heating button is on, and the indicator light will remain on. Check and reinstall.
Tip:If the main unit remains inactive for 30 minutes, the instrument will automatically shut down. To turn it back on, simply press and hold the power button for 3 seconds.
Notes:
1.Please use the EMS and heat therapy settings according to your own tolerance. It is recommended that users start with a slightly lower setting when first experiencing EMS and heat therapy, and gradually increase the setting as the body adapts.
2.The product is not waterproof and cannot be washed with water; it can be dry cleaned. Before dry cleaning, the main unit's battery must be removed.Please wipe the main unit battery with a dry cloth or paper towel; do not use a wet paper towel.
3.Do not use alcohol or other corrosive cleaning agents to avoid corroding the surface and damaging internal parts.
4.Do not apply liquid cleaner directly to any surface of the adapter,timer,pad as it could cause damage to the electrical components.
5.The device must be stored in dry area; away from high humidity.
Charging Instructions: The charging indicator light is red; it turns green when fully charged.
Tip:When the battery is low, the mode indicator color may appear dim, and the device will automatically shut down after a period of use. If the color display becomes abnormal, please charge the device promptly.
