Discreet and easy to use daily
I wanted something to help strengthen my core without having to set aside special time. These shorts are perfect. I put them on under my clothes while I do housework or even just sit at my desk. The controls are intuitive—just hold the power button for 3 seconds, then use +/- to adjust intensity. They fit true to size (I got L) and the elastic material moves with you. I've noticed my stomach feels flatter and more toned after a month.
