Love the customisable heat and pulse modes
The best feature is the level of control. There are 8 massage programs and 20 intensity levels, plus three heat settings. So you can really dial in exactly what feels right. I love using a higher heat with a gentle pulse mode for a relaxing experience, and a more intense EMS mode when I want a workout feel. The magnetic attachment is secure, and the auto shut-off after 30 minutes is a good safety feature. My posture feels better from using it.
