Interesting tech for recovery and toning
As someone into fitness, I was skeptical about EMS shorts, but these are a solid recovery tool. The TENS aspect is great for muscle soreness after leg day. I use a lower intensity pulse mode to help with relaxation. The heat adds another layer of therapy. They're comfortable enough to wear under loose clothes. Battery life is good—the 2000mAh lasts for several sessions. A smart piece of kit for both performance and toning.
