I was really looking forward to getting this unit. When I first pulled it out it was so soft. It was very staticky though. Then I started the inspection and it all went down from there. There are so many short hairs everywhere. I can deal with some, but not this much. Then I realized this is processed hair. There's a bunch of golden, red, and other color strands throughout all the hair. I could do with this as I planned on bleaching and dying it anyway. The last part though...OMG. there's a HUGE chunk of missing hair in the back at the bottom. It's like they didn't think you'd actually want to wear it up. Between all the short hairs to fill it in, the deception of it being unprocessed hair, and their complete lack of craftmanship in the back by skimping on hair thinking you're stupid or wouldn't notice gives this wig a F-. The only thing going for it is the hair is very silky.
