Usage Demonstration
1 . Long press the button to start the device.
2 .Short press the button to cycle through mode settings: light remains, pulsed light (10Hz), and pulsed light(40Hz). The naked eyes can only see red light, while lR light is invisible to the naked eyes.
3 . Put the Red Light Therapy Cap onyour head.
4 . The usage time is 20 minutes, andit will automatically shut off after20 minutes.
