Thigh

1. Push upward towards the groin to support lymphatic drainage.
2. Use anticlockwise upward motions to help break down fat.
3. Glide back and forth over the target area.
4. Pull from the knee towards the groin to improve contour.

1. Pull upward towards the waist following lymphatic flow.
2. Use circular anticlockwise motions while gliding back and forth.
3. Follow muscle texture to help firm and shape the buttocks.

1. Glide back and forth 2-3 times to relax muscles.

3. Press the power switch to turn on the machine.
4. Select the required language.
5. Select the desired treatment head.
6. Adjust the mode, working time and energy level.
7. Press “Start” to begin operation.
8. Press “Pause” to pause the treatment if needed.
9. Press “Home” to return to the main menu.
10. Turn off the power after use.

1. Do not use on dry skin. Always apply cream, gel or oil before use.
