Your 'peach fuzz' is actually fuzzy hair, and due to its extremely low pigment content, IPL treatments are largely ineffective against it. For short-term smoothing of this type of hair, consider shaving, waxing, hair removal creams, or dermaplaning. For longer-term or even permanent hair removal, electrolysis is the most effective, but requires professional treatment. IPL is best suited for dark, pigmented hair. If you shave dark hair on your legs or underarms, using an IPL device may be effective. However, for lighter, fuzzy hair like that on your face, it's recommended to use it in conjunction with other treatments.
