Radial nerve palsy is a nerve condition and should be evaluated by a healthcare provider or physical therapist. Please consult your doctor before using EMS, especially if you have numbness, reduced sensation, weakness, nerve injury, or pain. Do not use the device over areas with no sensation, open wounds, swelling, or severe pain.  

Hi, yes, it can help relieve general elbow discomfort, stiffness, or muscle fatigue. However, if you mean ulnar nerve compression, we recommend asking your doctor or physiotherapist first, as this is a nerve-related condition.
