If you have spider veins, we do not recommend using the vacuum/suction function directly over those areas. The suction can put additional pressure on superficial blood vessels and may increase bruising or discomfort. You can use the machine on areas without visible spider veins, but if the veins are widespread, painful, swollen, or you have known circulation problems, please check with your doctor before treatment.  

If you purchase the 3-year Product Protection and the machine develops a covered mechanical or electrical failure after 2 years, you can submit a claim for repair or replacement with no deductible. Please note that accidental damage coverage applies in Year 1, while Years 2–3 mainly provide extended failure protection after the manufacturer’s 1-year warranty ends. This machine may help support post-liposuction massage, circulation, and tissue softening, but it cannot guarantee the elimination of fibrosis. Because it combines 40K ultrasound, RF, and vacuum, it should only be used after your surgeon confirms that the treated area has healed enough. Using ultrasound, RF, or strong vacuum too early after liposuction may irritate the tissue or affect healing. For established or painful fibrosis, we recommend evaluation by your surgeon or a qualified post-op lymphatic therapist first.  

For home use, a non-invasive device like this 4-in-1 cavitation, RF, and vacuum machine can be a safer option than invasive fat-removal procedures when used correctly. However, no fat-reduction device is completely risk-free. Please start from the lowest intensity, apply enough gel, keep the probe moving, and do not use it on dry skin, broken skin, bony areas, or areas with implants or metal materials. This device is designed to support body contouring and skin firming, but it does not replace medical fat-removal treatments. If you have any medical condition, pregnancy, implants, or recent surgery, please consult your doctor before use.  

We recommend using a water-based ultrasound gel or conductive gel with this machine. Apply enough gel before treatment so the probe can glide smoothly on the skin. Do not use the device on dry skin. For RF and cavitation treatments, gel is recommended; avoid thick creams or alcohol-based products.  

This machine may help improve skin firmness and support facial contouring over time, but it does not replace fillers. Fillers are used to add volume, while this device is designed more for skin tightening, firming, and body/face contouring support. If your main concern is mild skin laxity, the RF facial head may help with consistent use. If you have significant volume loss, deep folds, or sagging, please consult a licensed aesthetic professional to decide whether fillers or another treatment would be more suitable.

The machine does not emit one fixed temperature, and it does not have a temperature setting or display. The RF head gradually produces a warm sensation, and the actual skin temperature varies depending on the intensity, treatment time, movement speed, and amount of gel used. Please start at the lowest intensity, apply sufficient conductive gel, and keep the handpiece moving continuously. It should feel comfortably warm, not hot or painful. Stop immediately if you feel burning or excessive heat.  

For facial treatment, we recommend using the facial RF head for approximately 10–15 minutes per session. Apply a suitable conductive gel, start at the lowest intensity, and keep the treatment head moving continuously. Please do not use the 40K cavitation head or vacuum massage head on the face. 

The four small white filter pads are spare filters for the vacuum suction handle, designed to prevent oil, moisture, or debris from entering the machine. The two very small round plastic pieces are typically spare seals for the vacuum port/handle, used to maintain consistent suction.
