Hi I just received mine and wondering how do I know if the Hifu and the RF are working as it doesn't make any sound or it doesn't feel like anything but just heat? I did applied RF gel and I can feel the electricity from the EMS and the Pulse.

Yes, this can be normal. HIFU and RF may operate very quietly and do not create the same electrical sensation as EMS or Pulse. RF is mainly felt as gentle warmth, while HIFU may only produce a mild warm or subtle sensation. Please make sure the correct mode is selected, the timer is running, sufficient conductive gel is applied, and the energy level is set above Level 1.
