There are videos available; you can check them out on our page. We're also filming a more detailed user manual video, but it hasn't been uploaded yet. Yes, you can use them together.

I’m very confused as to how to know if it’s on the 1.5 MM if it’s on that 3.0 MM or the 4.5 MM can you please explain that to me. Also is there a video of an actual person to using this may be on YouTube or somewhere not just a booklet

The probe must be removed or replaced while the device is powered off (power off is required for removal).

How long does a 9-session treatment last before having to repeat again? Thank you!

Normal skin: once every 7-10 days. Sensitive skin: once every 15-20 days. A course of treatment consists of 9 sessions. If you need to improve your skin, continue treatment at the recommended frequency. If you only want to maintain your skin, you can wait one month between each course of treatment.

Are all 3 modalities able to be used simultaneously? The RF HIFU and red light altogether? Or are they only able to be used separately? Thank you!

They can be used together, and it is recommended to use them together.

Yes, you can, just avoid the areas with metal implants.

It states that 9 sessions are recommended for initial treatment. For maintenance how often should treatments be completed after the initial 9 sessions?
A
Repeat. Each course of treatment consists of nine sessions. After each course, you can rest for a week and then repeat the course. | ----|----| After several courses, your skin condition has improved. If you just need to maintain it, you can do it once every two weeks. You have to do it consistently; if you don't, your skin will continue to age. This is done to stimulate the underlying collagen and slow down aging.
