I don't feel any heat during HIFU section. Is it normal or does that mean the unit didn't work?

Only RF can produce a heat sensation, while hifu does not. It has two gears, one is the RF gear, which represents the energy intensity. The stronger the RF gear, the more obvious the heat sensation will be; the other is the HIFU gear, which represents the depth of action (1.5mm, 3.0mm and 4.5mm)

Where is the Gear adjustment button for depth adjustment? I don't see it anywhere.

The HIFU button is the gear adjustment for depth adjustment.

Would 3mm for the eyes be too strong? Would it be advised to use 1.5mm around the eyes?
A
1.5mm is recommended for the forehead (HIFU level 1), 3.0mm (HIFU level 2) for the eye area, and 4.5mm (HIFU level 3) for the cheeks. If the skin is thin, you can try 3.0mm first, and then use 4.5mm after you get used to it. It depends on the individual. If you think it is necessary to use 1.5mm for the eyes

Can you smaller eye probe attachment be used for the forehead too? Or the large one for the cheeks should be used for the forehead?

It is recommended to use 1.5mm (HIFU level 1) for the forehead, 3.0mm (HIFU level 2) for the area around the eyes, and 4.5mm (HIFU level 3) for the cheeks. If your skin is thin, you can try using 3.0mm first, and then use 4.5mm after you get used to it.

How do I adjust the depth of the HIFU from 1.5mm to 4.5mm? Is it by adjusting the GEAR settings?

HIFU gear adjustment is depth adjustment, with three gears, namely 1.5mm, 3.0mm and 4.5mm. Depth adjustment is the HIFU button.

Can I use both RF and HIFU at the same time?

NO, you should not use RF (Radio Frequency) and HIFU (High-Intensity Focused Ultrasound) at the same time on the same treatment area.

When using the HIFU (High-Intensity Focused Ultrasound) function on a beauty device, it's normal to feel some warmth or heat, but it should never be painful or cause burning.

Yes, the device is also suitable for sensitive skin. It has adjustable intensity levels for HIFU and RF, allowing you to customize the treatment. For sensitive skin, we recommend starting with the lowest level and repeating the treatment every 15–20 days.

Can I also use the device to treat my neck or body?

Yes, the device can be used on both the face and body. It offers three depth settings (1.5 mm / 3.0 mm / 4.5 mm) that allow you to specifically treat wrinkles, double chin, or sagging skin on the body. However, be careful not to use the probe directly on the larynx when using the neck.
