The 42.5 mW/cm² specification refers to the 630nm red light at Level 3. The 850nm near-infrared light has its own irradiance rating (25 mW/cm² at Level 3). When Red + NIR are used together, both wavelengths are emitted simultaneously. However, we do not currently have a manufacturer-verified combined irradiance measurement for this mode, so we would not simply state that the total is 67.5 mW/cm². Therefore, 42.5 mW/cm² remains the specified maximum for the red-light component, while the exact combined Red + NIR irradiance has not been officially specified.
