Hi Sandra, Thank you for your questions. To open the vial, please hold the glass bottle firmly and gently twist the top cap counterclockwise. If it is difficult to open, please avoid using excessive force to prevent damage. For sanitizing, you can soak the roller head in 75% alcohol (do not soak the entire device or electrical parts). After disinfection, allow the roller head to air dry completely before adding essence. You do not need to rinse it with water after alcohol sterilization. Once it is fully dry, add your suitable serum/essence and use the roller as directed. Please always use a clean and sanitized roller before each treatment.
