For the negative pressure (vacuum) head, we recommend once-weekly treatments; if the treatment results in *sha* (red marks/petechiae) on the back, please wait for the skin to fully recover before performing a second session. The RF (Radio Frequency) head can be used daily; a session typically lasts 10 to 15 minutes—simply continue until the skin appears slightly flushed. Each probe must be used in conjunction with a product—whether it be essential oils, lotions, creams, or gels—to prevent the probe from overheating or burning out due to dry friction.
