1.5mm is recommended for the forehead (HIFU level 1), 3.0mm (HIFU level 2) for the eye area, and 4.5mm (HIFU level 3) for the cheeks. If the skin is thin, you can try 3.0mm first, and then use 4.5mm after you get used to it.
