In just 30 minutes a session, I feel like I’ve done thousands of crunches. It’s incredible that a non-invasive machine can give me that muscle contraction. I’m gaining strength and losing fat at the same time.

I was skeptical at first, but the “supramaximal” muscle contractions really deliver. It feels like a high-intensity workout, but I’m just lying down. My arms and abs are visibly more toned.
