This mask is very soft and comfortable to wear. Easy to use. After researching I learned that not all red light therapy is the same, you need to make sure the red light is at least 620nm.

The mask is very well made, there are no sharp edges or flaws, it is very easy to use and the programs are easy to understand. At first the eye inserts were a bit uncomfortable, but I was able to regulate this well by attaching the mask.
