I was impressed by how many attachments come with this device. There are 8 different heads—various vacuum sizes, diamond tips for exfoliation, and precision tips for stubborn spots. I use the small precision tip for blackheads around my nose, the larger vacuum head for my forehead, and the diamond tip for overall exfoliation. The magnetic mirror is a nice touch—it stays in place and doesn't fall off. The dual filtration system seems to work well; I can see the gunk in the collection area but it doesn't get into the machine. A great all-in-one system.
