I used a red light panel. This takes it to the next level. I love laying down and relaxing while enjoying the benefits of the red light. The mat doesn't get hot at all and is very comfortable.

I believe the infrared mat has reduced my pain somewhat. I bought the full size mat. I use it once a day for 3 minutes. I highly recommend this company, the mat is good quality and does what it's supposed to. I'm very satisfied and glad I finally discovered infrared therapy

I love this light therapy mat. It's the first thing I do every morning when I wake up. I turn it on, lay down, set the timer that comes with the mat and meditate. I've been using it for over a month and have found that it helps me with my bowel movements. Crazy, I know!
