I started at the lowest setting, then used the medium, and finally worked my way up to the highest heat setting. I use the gel it came with, move the wand in a circular motion, and find it comfortable to use. (If it’s uncomfortable, either add more gel or go down on the heat setting.) I do a 15 minute session every 3-4 days and have really noticed a big difference. My skin is looking brighter, my dark spot acne scars are fading, and my skin also feels tighter. I like that I can do this process at home and don’t need to visit the doctors office for an expensive treatment. Now that I’m happy with my skin tone, I’m going to try using the body attachment on a few other areas. As long as you can be consistent and give it time to work, you will see positive results.
