The machine itself is good , especially if you know what you’re doing. It is a good professional machine for the price I gave it four stars because one of my cords came with a hole in it and I had difficulties with trying to contact customer service.

I was skeptical about this purchase because of reviews. I got it and used it for an hour cupping massage and a hour bbl therapy session the suction was great and had no issues with it. I did buy the larger blue cups separately to do vacuum bbls.

This machine works very well on the first settings. The suction is strong and slightly variable when you use the dial. Our machine did not work at all on the second side with the other settings that were one of the huge selling points of this product. I’m sure it would be amazing if it did work, however, it is not feasible to return it for a replacement because it would cost almost have to machine cost to ship it back.
