This is a really good at home Microderm abrasion kit. It can be used once or twice a week to help with darkened skin spots or just for smooth-more youthful looking skin. This saves a ton of money, I do this at home instead of going to the spa. The suction is not super powerful but it does help a little.

I have to say I love this machine. It is powerful, easy to use and customer service is Excellent! It arrived and one of the bottles didn't work. Contacted them through Amazon. They sent me 2 new bottles plus the hoses to go with them. YouTube has some great videos. I also found a bag that works great to keep everything together. Here is the link. Pretty good for $80 . Worth it .
I definitely saw a difference after the first use . The suction isn’t professional grade but it’s pretty good .

I would've given 5 stars but gave 4 because I am unable to remove the screws that would allow me to attach the extension to the unit, and there was no Allen Key provided. Why screw them in so tightly that they can't be removed? I don't know how I'm going to get the screws out.
Other than that, the machine does what it's supposed to and works like a charm. Use it on my clients.

Great suction great product for the price - only down fault if that the rubber piece that’s supposed to hold the different size heads comes off with it :/ other than that great product.
Be careful when using it everyone’s face is not the same some people have softer and more delicate skin so less suction is needed don't start off in the middle suction. Start low and continue to ask your client if that suction is good or if you can go higher.
Be careful as some skins are more sensitive and you can leave their face with red marks looking like Hickeys.
