I've used it twice and already a dark sunspot about the size of a quarter on my cheekbone has lightened by about 30%. I've had the spot since I was a teenager-almost 30 years. An important tip I learned from an instructional video was to only remove half of the numbing cream while you work on that side. The other side will stay numb until you're ready to remove the cream and use the pen.

I have been using a Derma roller for hair growth. The problem with derma rollers is that hair gets tangled often. Dr. Pen solves that problem. Very happy with the purchase. That said, it's a little expensive. Wish it was cheaper. It shouldn't cost so much.
