Great for a beginner!
I have never done self micro-needling and had previously started out practicing with a derma roller. I did a lot of research, this pen seemed to be a solid investment and easy to use. First treatment went great, my skin looks amazing! I did use numbing cream before hand and started on lowest setting to help my skin acclimate. Also used a serum for slip. Will definitely be doing monthly!

36 pin sized head is great
The product arrived sealed and in perfectly new condition. It comes with two different sized heads (all individually sealed)-36 pins and 16 pins. The 36 pins are a walk in the park to use, causing little to no pain but pretty decent exfoliation. The 16 pin sized? Not for me. OUCH!

First pen I love
Only used it once, but it works great! I had a couple A7 pens and neither one worked from the start so I gave up on needling. However this M8 model is wonderful, and I'm so happy to finally be able to enjoy the benefits of microneedling. Great customer service

Great Customer Service!!!
This product does exactly what it's supposed to. I received a product that stopped working after a week. I then contacted Sarah from customer service and she promptly sent me a new one. It is working perfectly and she even checked in to see how things were going. I highly recommend this product and the seller is amazing.

Great product! I use it frequently for nano, cosmetic, and medical level needling. Also I cannot say enough about the customer service. I had a problem and they quickly made it right!
