Great device. The only flaw is that you have to FULLY charge it before use or it only stays on a low setting and sometimes I have to press the button like 10 times to get it to turn on. So once it's on I leave it on between switching settings and such. This could be easily fixed it's probably a physical button issue, not sure if it's common on all the devices. But otherwise it's very professional, consistent movement of the motor, and a great value compared to going to offices.

I received a new Dr.Pen and it’s great so far I understand that there will be pens not working, it happens but the customer service was great and they sent me a new one free of charge with extra pins. I say thanks and they were very helpful. In the end very great customer service and was helpful throughout.

The result is perfect but the product is not easy to use.
I returned my first purchase and replaced because it came with open needles and box.
They sent me second one while it was close completely. I checked each part and looked good but after I started to use, the bottom doesn’t work and didn’t change more than one, even I couldn’t turn it off. I had to let it works until out of charge and then charge it completely. So it works good again, however about two hours it works until went out of charge. It really needs a true introduction.

I learned about the product from various reviews and YouTube tutorials before I ordered. Once I had it, it was simple to turn on and use. I was a little scared to try, not being an expert, but used on the most minimal depth setting to be safe. I skipped the numbing cream and it was ok while using, though my skin was uncomfortable for a couple hours after. (Might end up springing for the numbing cream!) this device is so good for helping to get products into your skin better and I think with gradual use will continue to improve the quality and texture of my skin. I have tried micro needling at a dermatologist but can’t keep up with $3-400 treatments.
I was looking at multiple sellers and am so glad I went with this one! The BEST customer service and immediately responded when I needed assistance, and was able to quickly me cheerfully resolve. Would strongly recommend to friends and family. I only write reviews when I feel strongly about the product and/or customer service, and feel great about this!

To early to tell if micro-needling works. But the product itself seems to be well made and a good design. We shall how it holds up against the test of time.

I’m a Black woman and I microneedle once a month. It does wonders for the skin. I pair with Zo skincare regimen. If you don’t know how to micro needle, I’d advise getting one done professionally first, then watch you tube videos from reputable aestheticians. You can pick it up quickly. I don’t use numbing cream, but some people feel they have to. I use aloe instead.

My pen stopped working after the 3rd use and four months after my purchased. I contacted the seller. They quickly responded and sent me a brand new one right away. I received a new one within 2 days. Such great customer service!

The pen functions great but the dial that indicates the depth of the needle is very hard to see. It would be great if it had a digital display like the speed indicator.
