Did not work when in use.No heat , and when I received the machine it looks like it was tampered with. Probably took the machine apart and it wasn't screwed back properly.

It doesn’t heat up, and I have tried the water test it doesn’t work. I tried a different cavitation machine and it actually worked. I’m a esthetician and I am frustrated for spending so much money when it’s not working properly. I have voiced my concerns and they tell me the intensity isn’t the ABCD, of course I know that! It still doesn’t heat up turned all the way up!

This machine is legit! It works perfectly. Minor typos on the screen which are embarrassing, but it does the job and it's real!People complaining about the handles falling apart are being too rough on it/ abusing it.People complaining about the zap aren't applying any pressure. It WILL feel like a zap with no pressure but that's because the frequency is concentrated in the top layer of skin.Just do your research and use it correctly and you'll be fine.

The machine only worked one time and I could not make work again please do not buy it anymore.

I’m a middle-aged woman, who works doing HIT abput 3 times a week and I workout with my team I coach, but the fat is stubborn due to thyroid issues. This is why I purchased the machine. Many reviews stated that the directions were not helpful, but they were...a little. However, I figured out the settings. First, turn on the machine (hit “Enter).I start with the multimodial head for about 15 minutes, right now, followed by 15 minutes of cavitation. The Mode gives you A B C D options, which is the speed of the pulse (D is the fastest). Then there’s the intensity of the heat that you can turn up. I usually have it all the way up to about 3 bars from the maximum setting.I DEFINITELY feel the heat with both heads; that’s why it’s important to use ultrasound gel. I’m using Aquasound; I’ve only felt the heat when I was rotating the wand on a part that had no gel by mistake. I don’t deal with wrinkles, so I don’t know about the facial wand. I will update a couple of months from now on the progress.
