It arrived on time. I do cavitation for 15 minutes every other day on my stomach. It works well. I think the vibrations help the lymphatic system, as I'm losing weight elsewhere, and I only do it on my stomach. I also use the small device on my face every other day. I am happy with my new machine because I lost more than an inch on my waist after first session. I previously used s-shape cavitation from Amazon and got no results whatsoever after many sessions. S-shape is very weak. This one is so much better, I recommend it for sure.
