There is a huge noticable difference in a few weeks. My love handles are almost gone and my stomach has noticably less fat.
My roommate and I have been using this machine every 3 days. I follow the order on the machine's computer screen. First the ultrasound for 30 minutes. Then the vacuum RF. I set it medium because the suction can get very intense. Then I use the 6 prong body RF treatment.
I use ultrasound gel for the ultrasound and body RF treatment and baby oil for the vacuum.
I use the 3 prong face RF on my face and notice my skin is looking better.
I also use the highest or near high settings on the ultrasound and body RF. There are many online videos to increase your knowledge.

This machine is awesome though I do recommend downloading additional instructions from utube. It save you so much money from going to the spa. After for sessions you have basically made your money back, when you think about how much it costs for a treatment! This ROCKS !!

I recently had liposuction and was looking to get my skin tightened but these Med spas quoted me an arm and leg just for one session. I opted to find a machine to do it myself and this one works wonders. I measured my waist before I started and it measured at 30” and after just 2 sessions my waist is now 28”. I use the cavitation option every 3-4 days along with the radio frequency. It saves me a ton of money and I get to do it in the comfort of my own home. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking to tighten their skin and get rid of unwanted fat.
