Super easy to use, no complicated setup. I like that I can control the intensity. The heat is comfortable and not painful at all. After a few weeks, my waist area looks slightly more defined.

I would say this works more on tightening and improving skin firmness rather than major fat reduction. My skin definitely feels firmer and smoother, which already makes a visible difference.
