It comes with single-use attachments and is easy to use. However, I recommend watching a video and only burning off the bumps or warts where you know you're not doing anything wrong. For unsightly moles and more serious issues, see a dermatologist.

I found it very useful for removing a wart that had formed on my forehead a few days ago, although it took several attempts (strength 6 solved the problem, while strengths 3-4 gave poor results).
