The 10Hz and 40Hz modes are fantastic
I love having multiple pulse options. The 10Hz pulse mode is great for a gentle, rhythmic stimulation. The 40Hz mode feels more intense and is perfect for deep tissue work. I switch between them depending on how my feet feel. The voice prompts announce the mode change, so I don't have to look at the controller. The 4 brightness levels give me even more control. A very customizable device.
