Excellent for my achilles tendinitis
I've been dealing with Achilles tendinitis for months. These slippers have been a huge help. I use them with the 850nm mode only (infrared) to target the deep tendon. The infrared penetrates without visible light, which is exactly what I need. I use the 40Hz pulse mode on high brightness for 20 minutes. The pain and stiffness have improved significantly. The voice prompts are very useful—I can hear when it turns on and off without having to look.
