Great for post-workout foot soreness
I do a lot of high-impact training, and my feet take a beating. These slippers are now part of my cooldown routine. I use the 40Hz pulse mode on high brightness for 20 minutes. The deep penetrating infrared really works out the soreness in my arches and heels. The 4 brightness levels and multiple timer options give me total control. The battery life is excellent—I get multiple sessions per charge. Highly recommend for anyone who trains hard.
