Excellent for chronic plantar fasciitis
I've suffered from plantar fasciitis for years, and the morning heel pain was brutal. These boots have changed that. I use them for 20 minutes in the morning on brightness level 3, and the pain is so much more manageable. The infrared light penetrates deep into the fascia. I also use them after long days on my feet. The 5 brightness levels and 9 timer options (up to 90 minutes) give me great control. The boots are well-made and the 1584 beams of light (528 LEDs) provide full coverage.
