Helped me recover from foot surgery
I had bunion surgery and was dealing with post-op swelling and pain. My doctor recommended light therapy, and these boots were perfect. I started using them at low brightness for 20 minutes a day. The infrared light helped reduce the swelling significantly, and the red light seemed to speed up healing of the incision site.
