The range of light options on this mask is fantastic. The FAQ explains that you can use the NIR independently, which I do for deeper penetration, and cycle through the other 7 colors (red, blue, green, yellow, purple, cyan, white) based on my skin's daily needs. I love the purple light for calming inflammation and the white light for a full-spectrum boost. The 3 energy levels allow me to customize intensity.
