Great for overall skin health
I don't have one major issue, but wanted to improve my overall skin quality—brightness, texture, and prevention. This mask is perfect for that. I use the white light mode (full spectrum) most days, and sometimes the cyan for an energy boost. My skin looks consistently healthier and more "alive."
