Great for hikers and backpackers
After a long day of hiking, my feet and calves are exhausted. These EMS socks are perfect for recovery at camp or back home. I use a medium-high intensity on a pulsed mode for 20 minutes. They really help work out the knots and reduce swelling. The socks are lightweight and pack easily. The silver fiber technology is effective, and the build quality seems durable.
