25 intensity levels offer precise control
The range of intensity on these socks is fantastic. Level 1 is a subtle tingle, while level 25 is a strong, pulsing contraction. I started low and have gradually increased. I use them for general foot fatigue and for an old ankle injury that flares up. The 10 modes (kneading, tapping, rolling, etc.) target the muscles in different ways. The controls on the little battery unit are simple: long press + to turn on, then use +/- for intensity, M for modes. Great product.
