Helped me avoid knee surgery
I had a meniscus tear and was facing possible surgery. My physiotherapist recommended trying EMS to strengthen the supporting muscles. This sleeve has been fantastic. I use it daily, following the advice to start on a low intensity (level 3-4) and gradually increase. The micro-electric pulses really target the muscles around the joint. After 3 months of consistent use, my knee is much more stable and the pain is minimal. I'm convinced it helped me avoid going under the knife. The two-pack is great value.
